• pH/ORP Electrodes Storage Solution KCl 3.3M for pH and ORP Meters (500 mL)
• Instructions for use :
• Before store in storage solution, rinse probes with tap water or purified (deionized) water before keeping.
• After store in storage solution, rinse probes with tap water or purified (deionized) water before use.
• The used solution must not be poured back into the bottle. Because it will cause the solution in the bottle to be contaminated.
• Placing the electrode in a small glass filled with storage solution or in the protective cap. Make sure the solution is higher than the glass sensor tip and the reference junction of the pH electrode.
• If the solution look dirty, replace it with new solution.
• If the solution is dry out, refill it.
• Store solution at room temperature with closed cap.
• The shelf life of the solution is 2 year. After opening the bottle, it is recommended to use within 1 year.
• For laboratory and industrial use only.
• There will be "salt deposits(KCl)" left over after storage solution is dry out. This is normal and no harm to your electrode, you can rinse probes with tap water or purified (deionized) water before use.***
• Note :
• The pH meter should be calibrated at least once a month or may be once a week. Depending on how heavy you use pH meter. If the meter was kept for several months, it is recommended to calibrate the meter first before using it. Because the pH probe will gradually deterioration over time, this cause the measurements to be deviated.
